Education & Outreach
A broad range of programs, spanning from promoting “responsible fun” to information sessions designed to help parents connect with their children. LEV utilizes both conventional and non-conventional methods to promote balanced living, with the aim of youth involvement and leadership.
 
  Programs Include
  • Youth led programs educating peers on responsible living and balance, including the consequences of drinking and driving, and avenues of social enjoyment while maintaining responsibility (i.e. “responsible fun”. Programs are also led by youth who have themselves been impacted by socially reckless conduct, such as victims of drunk driving, and those who have since changed their lives around.
     
  • Youth-to-Parent, a novel educational program that involves a youth led lecture series that informs parents on ways to effectively connect with their children, and foster responsible, productive lifestyles for them.
     
  • Monthly viral videos that focus on particular themes within the LEV's mission.
     
  • In-your-face marketing campaigns that are designed to recurrently communicate LEV’s message.
     
  • Curriculum developed with leading educators and other organizations for high school students that address the various issues tackled by LEV
     
  • Scholarships to youth that exemplify outstanding community, social, and Jewish values, and engage in activities that further LEV’s mission.
     
  • Connect with college students at campuses to promote our message.
     
  • Mentorship programs with high school and college students.
